Finally, Equitas agents will assist you at the negotiation table from the contract to closing.
Purchasing
When making a large financial and life-style decision such as purchasing a home, many different factors must be considered. Equitas Realty Consultants, LLC agents are trained in guiding clients through the process in a stress-free and highly organized manner. Equitas agents follow our standard processes and checklists to ensure that no steps are overlooked or mishandled.
Our agents will begin by performing an interview with the client to ensure an understanding of exactly what the client is seeking. After this initial step, the agent will compile a list of suitable properties and present them to the client on a side-by-side comparison basis. The client will then choose several properties to physically examine. Once the right property is found, the agent will assist the client in deciding on an appropriate offer and draft a Letter of Intent stating the terms the client desires. Once accepted, a contract is entered into and closing occurs after a brief inspection period.
